Why a flat rate? What's the catch?+
No catch. Ray packages the most-requested cover-up size (half-sleeve) at a clean flat price so you know what you're paying. Hourly works against the customer for big pieces — this works for both of us.
What counts as a half-sleeve?+
Either the upper arm (shoulder to elbow) OR the lower arm (elbow to wrist). Roughly the area you'd cover with a t-shirt sleeve or a long sleeve. Bigger pieces (full sleeve) get a custom quote.
How many sessions does it take?+
1-2 sessions for most half-sleeves. Heavy black/tribal cover-ups sometimes need a 3rd. The flat $1000 covers all sessions until the cover-up is fully done — no hourly creep.
What if I need a touch-up later?+
Included. If anything heals unevenly within the first 6 months, the touch-up is on us. The 1-year guarantee covers fading or shifting beyond that.
What about tummy-tuck or C-section scar coverups?+
Yes — same flat $1000 if the area's similar to a half-sleeve in scope. Photo consult required so Ray can assess scar age and skin texture before quoting.
Do you do tattoo removal?+
No. We're cover-up specialists. If your old tattoo is too dense to cover and needs fading first, we'll refer you to a trusted laser studio in Baltimore.
Numbing cream is real?+
Yes. Topical 5% lidocaine, applied 30 minutes before the session. Cuts the pain meaningfully on the inside-arm areas. Bonus when you book in the next 7 days.
